How to delete your data

If you have chatted or commented with Cleanfit on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LINE or our website chat and want us to delete your data from our system:

1. Send "Delete my data" to us on the same channel you used, or email [email protected], with the name you use in the chat and the channel.
2. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account.
3. We delete your messages, photos, files, name, profile picture, internal notes and the earlier conversation we read within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

Data that the law requires us to keep, such as sales or tax records, is kept as the law requires.

Deleting data in our system does not delete the messages in your own Messenger, Instagram or LINE app.
