Can you get meal prep delivered outside Bangkok, and how is it sent?

Yes. For addresses outside Bangkok and nearby provinces, we send by temperature-controlled DHL. The food is frozen from the time it leaves our kitchen, and every meal is in a vacuum-sealed pouch. Freshly cooked food is different, because you usually have to eat it within the day.

The food has no preservatives. Freezing keeps it fresh instead, so a long trip needs cold control all the way. Once the parcel reaches you, the rest is simple: move it to the freezer quickly.

We check delivery areas by postal code rather than by province name, because delivery conditions differ from area to area. Enter your postal code below to see whether we deliver to you and on which day.

How long does delivery to other provinces take?

Delivery to other provinces runs Monday to Friday only. The parcel usually reaches you the day after it leaves our kitchen. Remote areas may take longer.

Your real delivery date depends on 3 things.

• The day your order leaves our kitchen
• DHL delivery days, which are Monday to Friday only
• Your address, since remote areas may take extra time

Guessing can go wrong, so let the system tell you. When you enter your address on the website, it works out the delivery date from your postal code and shows it before you pay. Customers outside Bangkok can choose the delivery day but not the time, because DHL delivers on its own route schedule.

If you live outside Bangkok, order many meals at once so you do not have to wait for parcels often. The food keeps a long time in the freezer, so you can easily plan a week or more ahead.

How is delivery in Bangkok different from other provinces?

The 2 areas use different couriers because of the distance. Here is how they compare.

Some things stay the same. You get the same 38 dishes, frozen in the same vacuum-sealed pouches, and you choose every meal yourself. Living outside Bangkok, you get the same food as people in Bangkok. All delivery details are on the delivery information page.

How much is delivery to other provinces, and how do you see the delivery date?

The delivery fee depends on the delivery address. The system shows it before you pay, so you know the full total before you decide and do not need to ask us at each step.

To order on the website:

1. Choose a pack by the number of meals you want
2. Choose each meal yourself from 38 dishes
3. Enter your address and postal code. The system shows your real delivery date and delivery fee
4. Pay by Thai QR or credit/debit card

What should you do when the parcel arrives?

Before the delivery day, clear enough freezer space for the number of meals you ordered. Then you can move the food in as soon as it arrives, without rearranging things in front of an open freezer.

Once the parcel is in your hands, the food has left the courier's cold chain. This is the most important moment, so follow these steps in order.

1. Open the parcel and move the food into the freezer straight away. Do not leave it outside the fridge
2. Lay the pouches flat and stack them. This saves space and makes them easy to take out
3. Note the date you received them. The food keeps for 120 days in the freezer
4. When you want to eat, heat only that meal, and heat it until hot all the way through
5. Each meal is the main dish only, without rice. Have rice or your preferred carbs ready to eat with it

The food can only go into the freezer quickly if someone is there to receive it. Enter your address and phone number correctly, and choose an address where someone is home on that day. If your freezer is small, the 90-meal pack can be split into 2 deliveries.

Can you change the delivery date if the day does not suit you?

Yes. Message our team on LINE @cleanfit or Messenger at least 1 day before the delivery day. Delivery to other provinces takes time on the road, so move it to a day when someone can receive it and the food can go into the freezer quickly.
