By using the CleanFit website and services, you accept all of these terms of use.

If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.

2Our services

CleanFit provides:

• Sale of healthy food (clean food)
• Home delivery of food
• Weekly and monthly meal packs

3Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB).
• An order is complete once payment has been received.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason.
• Prices and promotions may change without prior notice.

4Delivery

• We deliver every day except Saturday.
• Delivery hours are 10 am to 7 pm.
• You must give a correct address and phone number.
• If no one is there to receive the order, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery (extra charges may apply).

5Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel before 10 pm on the day before your delivery date.
• Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days.

6Limitation of liability

• Our food is suitable for general consumption. If you have a food allergy, please tell us before you order.
• Health results (such as weight loss) may differ from person to person.
• We are not liable for any damage caused by using the website for purposes other than those intended.

7Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images and design, belongs to CleanFit and is protected by copyright law.

You may not use it without permission.

8Prohibited use

You may not use this website for:

• Illegal activities
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Spreading viruses or harmful code
• Interfering with the operation of the website

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time.

Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
